Strawberries cheesecake

A delicious dessert, is not so hard to make it and you don’t have to bake it.

This dessert has a delicious cream made and a crust made from biscuits.

  • First thing you must do is to melt the butter.
    Then, crack the biscuits into a bowl and put the melted butter on the cracked biscuits.
    Mix the biscuits with the melted butter, and then put the mixture into a deep tray with round shape (cca 22 cm).
    Press them well into the shape with the bottom of a glass, with a spoon or with hand.
    Cut the strawberries into half and put on the edges of the tray the cutted strawberries.
    Put the tray in the fridge to strengthen the crust.

  • Meanwhile, put the gelatine in a small bowl with cold water.
    In a big bowl put the cheese cream, vanilla essence, sour cream, sugar and mix them with hand mixer. Check the composition if is ready. It should not fall from bowl.
    The strawberries you must crush them into a blender with some water because you will need the juice of them.
    Put 1/3 from strawberries juice and the hydrated gelatine (gelatin from water) in the bowl with the mixed cream.
    Then quickly you must mix the composition.
    Take off from the fridge the tray with crust and put the cream in the tray, on the crust.
    Put the tray again in the fridge for minimum 2 hours to strengthen the cream.
  • Jelly
  • After the cake is sufficient strengthen, hydrate the other gelatine (put it in a small bowl with cold water).
    Put sugar in the strawberries juice in the blender and blend again.
    Sneak the strawberries in a bowl and put the hydrated gelatine and mix them.
    Put this mixture on top of the strengthed cream.
    Put again the tray in the fridge for minimum 2 hours to strengthen the jelly.
