A dessert from Germany, is a mixture of vanilla and chocolate cake. Is very easy to make it and it has a very good taste. Bon Appetite!
First you need to separate the eggs. This means you have to break each egg, open it and separate it like this: In a large bowl pour the egg whites and in a small bowl pour the yolks. Be careful not to interfere with each other.
After you have finished separating the eggs, with a hand mixer you must mix the glairs(egg whites) until you will get a foam.
Then add the sugar and mix again with the hand mixer until you will get a hard foam like meringue. Check that the contents of the bowl do not fall.
With a spoon, the yolks should be rubbed with the 12 tablespoons of oil ~ 3/4 = 0.75 cups = 6 ounces until you get a homogeneous paste.
Once you finished with the yolks, you must put the composition on the hard foam made from glairs(egg whites) and mix them together with the hand mixer, and then put the water 12 tablespoons of water and mix again.
After finishing with foam, we start adding flour and baking powder.
First mix with a teaspoon or a fork the flour with baking powder to incorporate the baking powder into the flour.
Then pour everyttime only a spoon of flour with baking powder over the foam.
When you pour a spoon of a flour, gradually stirre from the bottom upwards with wide movements to avoid lumps.
In the second bowl you will put cacao in composition and mix it until the cacao will be incorporate and you will get a brown pasta.
