Chicken Soup with Dumplings

Here we present you a soup from Romania. 
Is very delicious and easy to make it.
All you need is some vegetables, chicken meat, eggs and some semolina.

  • In the first step you need to cut the wings in 2 pieces.
    Then, you must to add the wings in the cold water and put them to cooking stove to boil at a medium heat.
  • When you have the wings on boiling, you must start to cut the vegetables. The vegetables must be cuted in small dices (square shape).
    Be careful when wings are boiling, the water is making a foam. You must take away that foam from the water.
    When the meat is ready, when is boiled enough you can put the cuted vegetables in the water.
  • After 8-10 minutes when vegetables are boiled, you can start to make the dumplings.
    All you need is a spoon and a bowl or a deep plate.
    Break the 2 eggs in the bowl and beat them. In time, when you beat the eggs, you can start to pour slowly the semolina. Careful to not put too much once.
    The composition must not be too thick and not too thin. So, put semolina how much you will need.
    Then pour some salt in composition and in soup. Only a tea spoon with salt in dumplings composition and more in soup. Put how much you prefere and taste it if needs more.
    Then, you can filter the soup of vegetables and take off the meat from soup and let only the liquid. Or, you can leave the soup with everything inside. I chose to filter.
  • Stop the boiling of soup and then put 200 ml of cold water. If the soup is still boiling, the dumplings will be smashed.
    Now you can put the dumplings. With a table spoon you must take from composition and put in the soup one by one.
    You must let them to gather and then you must put 3-4 tablespoons with water one by one. In this way, the dumplings will be puffy. And for final, you can cut the fresh parsley and put it in the soup.
