Beef wrap

Try this wrap. Is not difficult to make, and its taste is very good.

This crispy wrap is greased with creme fraiche(soured cream) and filled with vegetables, cheese and meat.

  • First we prepare the meat.
    In a bowl put the bground beef. Then, dice the small onion and put it in the bowl on the meat.
    After that, break one egg, put salt, pepper and oregano. In the end mix everything with your hand.
    When you finish the composition, make some balls from the meat and press them.
    Put them on the grill to cook or in a frying pan.
  • While the meat is cooking, take tortillas wraps and grease it (spread with the knife) some creme fraiche (soured cream). Cut slices of cheese.
    Then add 2 leaves of salad (cuted), 1 diced tomatoe, 50 g diced cucumbers and 1/2 diced avocado and some diced cheese. If you want you can put also beans, mushrooms or any vegetables you like.
    When the meat is already done, smash it and add some cheese and leave it to cook again for a while and mix it on the grill to melt the cheese and to mix it with the meat.
    When the meat is ready add it on vegetables in the tortilla and add some sauce.
    Wrap the tortilla and put it on the grill to be crispy and to melt the creme fraiche.
    Or you can heat it up first for a few seconds before add everthing in it.
